Regulations of the Promotional Campaign of Benefits for the Transfer of Funds to the “Promotional Campaign Countries” – December 2023

• Organizer of the Promotional Campaign:

The Promotional Campaign is organized by G.M.T Tech Innovation Ltd. (hereinafter the “Promotional Campaign Organizer” or the “Company”).

• The Promotional Campaign Period:

The Promotional Campaign will be valid starting from December 20, 2023, until December 31, 2023, inclusive (hereinafter the “Promotional Campaign Period”) or with the transfer of 10,000 transfers exempt from the commission and/or at a reduced commission, whichever is earlier. The Promotional Campaign Organizer will be entitled to extend and/or shorten the Promotional Campaign Period according to his absolute exclusive discretion.

• The Main Activities and the Nature of the Promotional Campaign:
  1. In the framework of the Promotional Campaign, the company’s customers, who will make money transfers through the company’s branches and the myGMT website or via the myGMT application, up to the amount of 250 Dollars or 250 Euros will be entitled to pay the cost of 1 Dollar or 1 Euro only for the transfer commission.
  2. The countries participating in the Promotional Campaign: Russia, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan (hereinafter, the Promotional Campaign Countries), and only these countries.
  3. It will be clarified that the benefit does not apply to transfers through the “MoneyGram” company or transfers to a bank account.

• It is clarified that the exemption will be given for transfer commission only and not for any other service.

• It will be further clarified that the method of transferring the funds to the destination of the transferred funds will be carried out at the sole discretion of the company.

• In the framework of the Promotional Campaign, it will be possible to make transfers during the normal operating hours of the Promotional Campaign Organizer and in all of its branches.
• Right to participate in the Promotional Campaign:

The company’s customers will make transfers to the Promotional Campaign countries according to the company’s procedures, in each of the branches in which the company allows money transfers, and on the myGMT website or via the myGMT application.

• The payment for the transfer amount sent by the customer abroad will be in new shekels only. The foreign exchange conversion rate will be determined by the company’s branches at the time of the operation and the GMT company on the myGMT website or via the myGMT application.

• Miscellaneous:

1. The Promotional Campaign Organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the Promotional Campaign and/or to extend it and/or to stop it and/or cancel it without prior notice and without giving advance notice. The said change will take effect immediately from the moment of its publication on the company’s website. It is the responsibility of the participants to keep up to date with the changes that have occurred, if any, in these regulations.
2. Participation in the Promotional Campaign constitutes the consent of each participant to the provisions of these regulations and the updated and amended conditions, as they will be at any time. If any inconsistency or contradiction is found between the provisions of these regulations and any other publication, of any type and kind in relation to the Promotional Campaign, these regulations shall take precedence and prevail.
3. If the Promotional Campaign is canceled according to the aforesaid, the company will not be liable whatsoever for any damage caused to the customer and/or the participant or to another, and none of them will have any cause and/or claim against the company for the benefit of its cancellation, including for any damage, direct or indirect, which will be caused to the customer and/or to the participant.
4. These regulations are worded in the masculine language for convenience only, but it is intended for both women and men.
5. The competent court in Tel Aviv- Jaffa will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute in connection with the Promotional Campaign.

• The terms of use of the company’s services that appear at the address: https://gmtonline.co.il/  will apply to the transfers in the Promotional Campaign
•  And in any case of a contradiction between these regulations and the terms of use, the provisions of the terms of use will prevail.
