The inquiry must include the following details:
a) The inquirer’s full name, identity card number (ID), address for a reply and a telephone number for clarifications;
b) Whether the inquirer is submitting the request on their own behalf or on behalf of another party. If the inquiry is on behalf of another person, a power of attorney must be attached;
c) Specification of the transaction number or any other relevant detail, including the date, time, and location of the incident;
d) Description of the details of the inquiry;
e) Attachment of supporting documentation/references.
Please note that telephone conversations with the Company may be recorded and stored at the Company’s database, or a database managed on its behalf, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The records will be used for the purposes of documentation, clarification, service improvement, control, and risk management.
