Promotion Terms and Conditions New- Year Cashback Promotion.

1.  Organizer of the Promotional Campaign:
The promotional campaign is organized by G.M.T Tech Innovation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Organizer” or the “Company”).

2. The Promotional Campaign Period:   

The Promotional Campaign will be valid from December 8, 2025, to December 31, 2025, inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotional Campaign Period”). The Promotional Campaign Organizer will be entitled to extend and/or shorten the Promotional Campaign Period according to his absolute exclusive discretion without prior notice.

3. The “Cashback” Benefit:

Cashback Reward: A cash reward to the client’s account for depositing into the digital payment account through the Company’s branches, the GMT website, or via the GMT application for participating countries in the promotion. The cash reward will be given to the client on 07.12.2026 and will appear in their digital wallet as a cashback reward. The cash reward is valid for redemption only for subsequent transfers through the Company and cannot be used in any other way, all subject to the terms herein and at the discretion of the Company.

4. The Essence of the Activities and the Nature of the Promotional Campaign:
4.1. As part of the promotion, Company customers who make a wallet deposit of 7,000 NIS or more through Company branches, the GMT website, or the GMT application to send money abroad will receive a NIS 15 cashback reward. The “Cashback” benefit can be used within 180 days from the date of receipt; after this date, the benefit will be automatically removed.

4.2. It will be clarified that the Promotional Campaign is limited to one “Cashback” benefit per customer.

5. In the framework of the Promotional Campaign, it will be possible to make transfers during the normal operating hours of the Promotional Campaign Organizer and in all its branches.

Eligibility to Participate in the Campaign: Company clients who perform transfers to the Campaign Countries in accordance with Company procedures, at any of the branches where the Company allows money transfers, on the GMT website, or via the GMT application.

Method of Payment:

• • Payment for the transfer amount sent by the client abroad shall be in New Shekels only.
  • The exchange rate to foreign currency shall be determined by the Company’s branches at the time of the transaction and/or by GMT on the GMT website and GMT application.

Miscellaneous:

• • The Campaign Organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the campaign and/or to extend it and/or to discontinue it and/or to cancel it without prior notice and without providing advance notification. Said change shall enter into effect immediately upon its publication on the Company’s website. It is the responsibility of the participants to keep updated regarding changes that have occurred, if any, to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Participation in the campaign constitutes the agreement of every participant to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and to the updated and amended terms, as they may be at any time. Should any discrepancy or contradiction be found between the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and any other publication, of any kind or type regarding the campaign in question, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail and be determining.
  • Should the campaign be cancelled pursuant to the above, the Company shall bear no liability for any damage whatsoever caused to the client and/or the participant or to another, and none of them shall have any cause of action and/or claim against the Company regarding the benefit or its cancellation, including regarding any damage, direct or indirect, caused to the client and/or the participant.
  • These Terms and Conditions are drafted in the masculine form for convenience only but are intended for both women and men.
  • Any dispute regarding the campaign shall be adjudicated in the competent court in Tel Aviv-Yafo only and in no other court.
  • The transfers in the campaign are subject to the Company’s Terms of Use for services appearing at the address: https://gmtonline.co.il/
    These Terms and Conditions have been translated into additional languages for convenience. It is clarified that the binding campaign Terms and Conditions are the Hebrew version only.
  • In any case of contradiction between these Campaign Terms and Conditions and the Website Terms of Use, the provisions of the Website Terms of Use shall prevail.
