(hereinafter the \u201cPromotional Campaign Organizer\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d).<\/span><\/p><h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/h4><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Promotional Campaign Period:<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Promotional Campaign will be valid starting from December 20, 2023, until December 31, 2023, inclusive (hereinafter the \u201cPromotional Campaign Period\u201d) or with the transfer of 10,000 transfers exempt from the commission and\/or at a reduced commission, whichever is earlier. The Promotional Campaign Organizer will be entitled to extend and\/or shorten the Promotional Campaign Period according to his absolute exclusive discretion.<\/span><\/p><h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/h4><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Main Activities and the Nature of the Promotional Campaign:<\/span><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the framework of the Promotional Campaign, the company\u2019s customers, who will make money transfers through the company\u2019s branches and the myGMT website or via the myGMT application, up to the amount of 250 Dollars or 250 Euros will be entitled to pay the cost of 1 Dollar or 1 Euro only for the transfer commission.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The countries participating in the Promotional Campaign: Russia, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan (hereinafter, the Promotional Campaign Countries), and only these countries.<\/span><\/li><li>It will be clarified that the benefit does not apply to transfers through the \u201cMoneyGram\u201d company or transfers to a bank account.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>It is clarified that the exemption will be given for transfer commission only and not for any other service.<\/li><\/ul><h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It will be further clarified that the method of transferring the funds to the destination of the transferred funds will be carried out at the sole discretion of the company.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the framework of the Promotional Campaign, it will be possible to make transfers during the normal operating hours of the Promotional Campaign Organizer and in all of its branches.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Right to participate in the Promotional Campaign:<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The company\u2019s customers will make transfers to the Promotional Campaign countries according to the company\u2019s procedures, in each of the branches in which the company allows money transfers, and on the myGMT website or via the myGMT application.<\/p><h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The payment for the transfer amount sent by the customer abroad will be in new shekels only. The foreign exchange conversion rate will be determined by the company\u2019s branches at the time of the operation and the GMT company on the myGMT website or via the myGMT application.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Miscellaneous:<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Promotional Campaign Organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the Promotional Campaign and\/or to extend it and\/or to stop it and\/or cancel it without prior notice and without giving advance notice. The said change will take effect immediately from the moment of its publication on the company\u2019s website. It is the responsibility of the participants to keep up to date with the changes that have occurred, if any, in these regulations.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">Participation in the Promotional Campaign constitutes the consent of each participant to the provisions of these regulations and the updated and amended conditions, as they will be at any time.
