NATIONAL PAY BACK YOUR PARENTS DAY<\/span> Campaign Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/p>

  1. Organizer<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    The <\/span>Indian independence day<\/span> (\u201cPromotion\u201d) is organized by GMT – Advanced Financial Services (\u201cthe Organizer\u201d) which will run from 13 August 2023 to 15 August 2023 on the company\u2019s Facebook page.<\/span><\/p>

    *The Terms & Conditions of this Promotion may be varied by GMT prior to the commencement of the promotion date.<\/span><\/p>

    1.  <\/span>Eligibility:<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      2.1. This Promotion is open to all GMT social media followers.  <\/span><\/p>


      <\/b><\/p>

      2.2. Participants must be eligible to participate in this promotion:<\/span><\/p>

      2.2.1.     be 18 years of age and above; who has an account on the site and is a resident of Israel or has a valid entry and residence permit.<\/span><\/p>


      <\/b><\/p>

       <\/span>2.2.2 have read and agreed to the privacy notice set forth in the Terms and Conditions herein.<\/span><\/p>

      2.3. The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Promotion:<\/span><\/p>

      2.3.1. GMTs\u2019 permanent and\/or contract employees and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers, and sisters, including spouses).<\/span><\/p>

      2.5. The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the campaign\u2019s period at any time without prior notice to the participant (\u2018The Extended Period\u2019). The Extended Period will be announced on GMT\u2019s Facebook page. Any promotions during this Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions as per this letter which shall remain in full force and effect.<\/span><\/p>

      1. The Campaign:<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

        3.1. How to participate?<\/span><\/p>

        Participants share a video of themselves in traditional attire singing the Indian national anthem on their personal  Facebook \/ Instagram profile and tag GMTs formal Facebook page [ GMT – Advanced Financial Services] or send the video in a private message to GMT\u2019S official Facebook Messenger. <\/span><\/p>

        3.1.2. The four most impressive videos will each win a 200 ILS voucher for shopping at the Bombay Store. For more information, please visit https:\/\/bombay.co.il\/.<\/span><\/p>


        <\/b><\/p>

        3.2 <\/span>Winner\u2019s Selection<\/span><\/p>

        1. The winner will be selected after the end of the Contest Period by GMT\u2019s representatives. <\/span><\/p><\/li>

        2. For the avoidance of any doubts, only videos posted within the Contest Period will be eligible to win one of the prizes.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

        3. Selected Participants will be contacted after the end of the Contest Period, in the event that the Selected Participants cannot be contacted (via telephone or any other communication channels), or fails to answer all the questions correctly, the Organiser reserves the right to select another Participant.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

        4. All decisions made by the Organiser in relation to this campaign, including but not limited to, shortlisting, Winner selection, prizes, and forfeiture of prizes are final. Any correspondence or appeal will not be entertained. The selection of the Winner is subject to the entry eligibility and criteria specified and determined at the Organiser’s sole discretion.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

        5. The Organiser shall not be liable for any defects or misuse of the prizes, or to any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages in connection with this campaign.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

        6. Participants are required to provide a valid identification document during or prior to prize redemption for the Participant\/Winner verification process. This is to validate the identity of the Contest\u2019s Participant\/Winner.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

The Organizer reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar values at any time, if the stated prizes are not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice. All prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.<\/span><\/p>

          3.5. Other Promotion Details & Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/p>

          3.5.1. GMT\u2019s decisions on any matter relating to this campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by GMT.<\/span><\/p>

          3.5.2. GMT may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this campaign and extending its Period. Any such changes will be announced on our official Facebook page.<\/span><\/p>

          3.5.3. By participating in the Promotion, all participants:-<\/span><\/p>

          3.5.3.1. consent for GMT to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the campaign; and<\/span><\/p>

          3.5.3.2. consent for GMT to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that GMT sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and<\/span><\/p>

          3.5.3.3. Grant GMT the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.<\/span><\/p>

          1. By participating in this campaign, participants agree and accept these terms and conditions. Any breach of the terms and conditions may, at GMT’s absolute discretion, result in the participant\u2019s entry being disqualified.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

          2. The laws of Israel govern the campaign and these Terms and Conditions. The participants agree that the Courts of Israel have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Promotion.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

            2. The Organiser shall not be liable for any transportation costs in connection with the redemption and\/or delivery of the Prizes.
